I offer private coaching both in-person & online.

I want you to reclaim your relationship with your body so that you can inhabit all of yourself, in all of your complexity and humanity, with love, kindness & hopefully some laughter.

I invite you on a journey into yourself through a multitude of disciplines. I come from a holistic, full spectrum standpoint in my approach to practice and wellbeing.

I offer classes at multiple studios in London (see timetable) that span across a variety of styles such as vinyasa flow, yin yoga, mixed movement, calisthenics & an infusion of yoga + movement.

A note to those who menstruate: we tailor your practice/training according to your rhythms. This is a crucial part of how I work and something that has transformed my approach to how I train/move and navigate my way through life in general.

What do I offer?

Yoga

I imbue yoga classes with pranayama, meditation and philosophy. You can learn specific asana, develop techniques and deepen your understanding of the wisdom of yoga through the lens of tantra/ vinyasa/ katonah + more.

Mixed Movement

A practices that stems from capoeira, contemporary dance, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga + more. Expand your movement vocabulary & capacity to flow. We explore everything from floorwork to soft acrobatics.

Strength Training

Build your strength and endurance through weight lifting, calisthenics and general bodyweight training. It is a powerful addition and support to your movement & flexibility training and is especially nourishing for your joints.

Breathwork & Restorative

Learn how to slow your system down & how to harmonise your mind, body & spirit. I will guide you through practices that help you slow down and support your capacity to find ease and tranquility.

Specific Skills

If you have a burning desire to work on a specific skill such as handstands, front splits, acrobatic movements, pull ups etc then we can tailor something for you.

Pricing & Packages

  • FROM £2240 in-person // £1680 Online*

    • Weekly sessions for first 8 weeks

    • 2 sessions per month for the remaining 10 months

    • Programming is tailored according to your needs & intentions

    • You will receive a strength programme, mobility training, yoga (yin + yang styles), breathwork & develop mixed movement vocabularly

    • Continuous support & communication throughout the time we train together - sessions/techniques can be recorded.

    • Receive discounts for immersions and workshops

  • FROM £170 In-person // £120 Online* (price per month - 6 months minimum)

    • Biweekly Sessions

    • Programming and sessions tailored according to you main needs & goals

    • I aim to provide some strength + mobility work plus some restorative practices

    • Continuous support & communication throughout the time we train together - sessions/techniques can be recorded.

    * access to specific equipment will be required to train online

  • FROM £900 in-person // £650 Online*

    • Weekly Sessions preferable (or we can work around your schedule)

    • Programming and sessions tailored according to your main needs & goals

    • I aim to provide some strength + mobility work plus some restorative practices

    • Continuous support & communication throughout the time we train together - sessions/techniques can be recorded.

  • FROM £100 In-person // £70 Online*

    • 60-75 minute session that will cover one specific modality/need and aim to provide you with something to take home

    • Sessions/techniques can be recorded and kept

    • Integration after the session is offered

  • I endeavour to make my work as accessible as possible and therefore I offer payment plans and sliding scales. I do not want to discourage someone from reaching out because they are experiencing financial difficulty or are from a marginalised background.If you wish to pay monthly, break up the payment into thirds or something similar, then we can make it possible.
