I want you to reclaim your relationship with your body so that you can inhabit all of yourself, in all of your complexity and humanity, with love, kindness & hopefully some laughter.

I invite you on a journey into yourself through a multitude of disciplines. I come from a holistic, full spectrum standpoint in my approach to practice and wellbeing.

I offer movement classes in Lisbon that span across a variety of styles such as mixed movement, calisthenics, bodyweight strength, flexibility, handstands & an infusion of yoga + movement within my vinyasa classes.

What do I offer?

Yoga

I imbue yoga classes with pranayama, meditation and philosophy. You can learn specific asana, develop techniques and deepen your understanding of the wisdom of yoga through the lens of tantra/ vinyasa/ katonah + more.

Mixed Movement

A practices that stems from capoeira, contemporary dance, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga + more. Expand your movement vocabulary & capacity to flow. We explore everything from floorwork to soft acrobatics.

Strength Training

Build your strength and endurance through weight lifting, calisthenics and general bodyweight training. It is a powerful addition and support to your movement & flexibility training and is especially nourishing for your joints.

Breathwork & Restorative

Learn how to slow your system down & how to harmonise your mind, body & spirit. I will guide you through practices that help you slow down and support your capacity to find ease and tranquility.

Specific Skills

If you have a burning desire to work on a specific skill such as handstands, front splits, acrobatic movements, pull ups etc then we can tailor something for you.
